Welcome

spacer.gif Started in Winter of 2008, SensorTrak Innovation Group is a group composed of Johns Hopkins University computer science and electrical engineering graduate and undergraduate students. The group formed out of a desire to encourage collaboration and innovation among computer science and electrical engineering students at Johns Hopkins University. By providing meaningful projects and a community of focused engineers it is the hope that various sensor based projects will soon be implemented on the JHU campus. Though SensorTrak has a student research base, the focus is on developing engineering sensor based solutions that may one day be implemented for client use and thus a market focused thinking is used on all projects.

SensorTrak currently is working on four projects and has six members. It is the hope that this group will act as an encouragement for other similar groups with different focuses to form at JHU. SensorTrak group currently meets twice a week - once for lab and once to discuss journal papers.
